Senior Health Tip: How is your appetite?
It is probably not the same as it used to be. As you age your appetite may change which can affect nutrition.
If your appetite is not up to par – jump start your appetite by trying:
* New seasonings
* New foods
* New recipes
* Eating small frequent meals
* Eating with friends
* Sharing a meal

Do these things to protect yourself:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Cover your cough.
3. Get a flu shot.
4. Stay home if you are ill.
5. Avoid close contact with someone who is sick.
